The Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) at Lakhan Babu Private ITI functions as the dynamic bridge between our qualified trainees and global industry recruiters. We actively arrange campus interviews, industrial internships, on-the-job training (OJT), and state-level Apprenticeship Melas.
Through our continuous industry linkages, students graduating in Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic Diesel, and COPA trades secure coveted employment in automobile manufacturing, heavy electricals, renewable solar installations, infrastructure engineering, and state/central government public sector undertakings (PSUs).
Dual System of Training (DST) & Apprenticeship Scheme
Under the DGT Dual System of Training (DST), our trainees spend substantial training duration inside real industrial plants, acquiring real-world shop-floor experience and earning monthly government/industry stipends.
